Read your upgrade route, check each step’s cost and damage gain, and compare other complete gear choices.

## Find a route from your bank

Open Best setups and check the character. Open Bank & budget in the settings sidebar and check Bank ready. Owned items already in that character count. Import your bank if needed. Choose Find my next upgrades, enter Upgrade GP available and select Find upgrades.

The search checks bank gear first. It then finds upgrades inside your budget. Your upgrade route shows a path from the bank setup toward a saved recommendation. For a boss path, the starting point is an owned encounter plan.

> A route needs a usable bank result, a stronger saved result and prices the app can check. If the route is missing, read the warning. You can still inspect the gear options below.

## Follow the steps in order

Steps keep earlier purchases. This step is the extra GP for that stage. Total spent so far adds that stage to the earlier ones. Do not add all the running totals together.

Each step shows gear before and after, damage gained this step and damage after this step. Free setup changes means no new gear cost. It can still assume reward access or need runes and charges.

Some items appear together in a step. Keep these changes together for the shown gain. A set effect, weapon pairing or inventory rule may stop one item from working on its own.

## Check gains, time and gear costs

For one monster, steps use DPS gained per GP toward the selected recommendation. For an encounter, they use estimated time saved per GP. Effective DPS means total modeled damage divided by estimated encounter time.

An encounter step checks one shared gear pool at every fight. Open DPS change by fight to see each boss. One fight can lose damage while the full route gets faster. Read the total time too.

A step may say Buy, Buy from shop or Craft. Check access, materials and the saved prices before using it. Replaced gear stays in your bank. The route does not count money from selling it. Runes, charges, ammo quantities and other running costs are outside the gear budget.

## Compare other complete setups

Alternative complete setups and Alternative complete encounter plans start from your original bank. Each is a separate full choice. They are not extra steps after the main route.

A route works toward one saved recommendation. It does not search every possible buying order. A different full setup or buying order may be better for your needs.

## Use a stage in the calculator

Use gear after this step opens that stage in DPS calculator. It replaces the active card, or fills an empty workspace. Other cards stay. Use plan after this step also opens the calculator. It replaces the working comparison with that stage’s distinct gear sets and keeps its path.

A whole plan can open only when it uses six or fewer distinct sets. For more sets, open one fight’s gear at a time. Add to comparison opens the calculator too. It keeps your current cards, adds gear and selects the first added card. Six is the limit. Each calculator card keeps one fixed gear set through the path. Return to Best setups for the plan’s per-fight switches and total time.

Using gear keeps your earlier ownership assumptions. It does not mark recommended items owned, record purchases or deduct Upgrade GP available. If you get new gear, update the owned list or bank import and enter the GP you still have.

Undo gear change restores the previous comparison and path while the applied comparison, path and special-attack mode still match. It keeps you in DPS calculator. It does not undo owned-list, import or budget edits. It may disappear after you edit the working comparison. Return to Best setups to inspect results again.

> These controls change your app plan. They do not trade items, sell replaced gear or act on your game account.

## Rerun changed or partial routes

A route can stop at Route so far. The remaining changes may have no useful, valid step under the saved combat and inventory rules. Read the warning and search again before buying more.

Changing gear, ownership, budget, fight settings or prices can make results stale. Applying a stage can also change search inputs. Rerun the search when warned before using another stage. Use actions are blocked for stale results.

Saved prices can be old. The route needs complete gear-cost estimates and valid combat and inventory checks. A new unowned blowpipe dart type may prevent a route because its purchase price is not in the saved result. Check the warning.

Searches and routes have limits. Steps are checked against the app’s damage model, not a full raid or every gear choice. Movement, attack gaps, gear-switch time and real trading prices can change the result.
